Every second
has a consequence.
One shared clock. 777 pieces of hardware. A treasury that opens when time runs out. Understand what you own and how every action changes the countdown.
The fair launch and liquidity seeding
The collection contains 777 badges: 750 public mints and 27 reserved badges. Public mint proceeds fund the initial CYCLE/WETH pool.
All mint proceeds are reserved for initial CYCLE/WETH liquidity. Trading opens after all 777 badges have minted and launch is completed.
The Bankruptcy Clock
Cycle Corp operates under one shared, real-time bankruptcy clock. Even with zero market activity, time continues to run down toward liquidation.
Every qualifying CYCLE buy adds up to one minute, within the 24-hour cap.
Every qualifying CYCLE sell removes exactly thirty seconds.
The clock can never exceed 24:00:00. Inactivity never pauses its decay.
The liquidation endgame
If the countdown reaches 00:00:00, the terminal enters permanent settlement:
- 01Token trading and transfers freeze when the countdown expires.
- 02Cycle Corp enters the terminal bankruptcy state.
- 03Eligible holders permanently burn CYCLE to claim Terminal Treasury rewards on a pro-rata basis. Your payout is proportional to the eligible CYCLE you burn out of the total eligible CYCLE fixed at settlement. Burns cannot be reversed.
The Liquidator Badges

Carbon Core
Up to $50 lifetime RWA yield

Titanium Vector
Above $50 lifetime RWA yield

Precious Liquidator
Above $500 · permanent Gold
001 / 777
Each badge is a distinct onchain device with a permanent serial number. All badges begin with the same Carbon design.
CARBON → TITANIUM → GOLD
The onchain SVG changes material as that serial accumulates RWA fee dividends: Brushed Titanium after crossing $50 and permanent Solid Gold after crossing $500. The badge displays both lifetime earned value and the current value of all stock units earned.
+1 MINUTE
Each badge carries a recharging battery that can inject one minute into the clock after its 24-hour cooldown.
READY / CHARGING
Green means the override is charged. Amber means the badge is recharging for 24 hours. Transferring it does not reset the cooldown.
Your badge account
Each badge has an ERC-6551 account that holds its delivered wNVDAx rewards. The badge owner controls withdrawals. Transferring the badge transfers control of the account and its remaining contents. Pending rewards, actual holdings, lifetime earned value and current lifetime value are shown separately.
Burn CYCLE to add time
The live pool price determines the CYCLE amount. Tokens go to the dead address. The paid-override rule rejects a request if its full extension would exceed 24 hours. The contract checks the price and payment. This is available alongside the daily badge override; neither can revive an expired clock.
Burn CYCLE to decrease time
Sabotage opposes the overtime override: larger reductions cost more per minute. Burning $40 worth of CYCLE removes 10 minutes, while $8 worth can add 10 minutes back.
A reduction that would leave less than 10 minutes reverts in full. No CYCLE is burned by a reverted transaction, although network gas may still be charged. Sells and natural decay can still take the clock below 10 minutes. Timer actions share a 2-second wallet cooldown.
Available after trading starts on a sabotage-enabled deployment.

A protected opening hour
Launch safeguards limit each wallet to 2% of supply for the first 60 minutes and each buy or sell to 1%. Buys open after the first three launch blocks. Manual clock overrides have a two-second wallet cooldown.
The launch sends all provider LP tokens directly to the dead address and renounces token ownership. The terminal will link the verified liquidity transaction after launch. The collection is limited to 777 badges, including 27 reserved badges.
